NORTH LITTLE ROCK, AR – The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission (PC&EC) is set to convene on December 1, 2023, at the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment headquarters, located at 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, AR. The meeting, scheduled to start at 10 a.m., will take place in the Commission Room.
The agenda for the meeting includes a report from Caleb Osborne, the Chief Administrator of Environment from the Division of Environmental Quality. Additionally, a decision awaits as the Commission will vote on a recommendation from its administrative law judge (ALJ) regarding the case of Eco-Vista, LLC, Docket No. 23-008-P. Petitioners in this docket have requested an oral argument before the Commission and are seeking alterations or rejection of the ALJ’s recommendation.
